I just want to say that Tom has the knowledge and expertise in buying, selling and flipping. He responds quickly during the week, weekend, day or night I know, he has never let me down. So if you want someone that is well rounded, knows the market and how to negotiate he will get the job done, done right and quickly to save you money and time, everytime. I normally do not take the time to write reviews but I had to write this one because I was so impressed with his service and recommendations he made big decisions very easy, I would give him 6 stars if it was available.
Tom helped me and my girl friend purchase our first home. We were not very knowledgeable on the process. He took his time and sat down and explained everything to us. Anytime that I had a question or a concern I could text, email, or call Tom and he would always respond quickly. He was very knowledgeable when it came to seeing things in a home that the average person wouldn't see, whether it was poor installation, roof conditions, water damage, and many other things that come up when buying a new house. He definitely went above and beyond the real estate agent's responsibilities and helped us out in any way he could. He even went out of his way and waited about 2 hours at our new home to let in a CNG worker on the day of our closing so we could avoid having the gas turned off. I would definitely recommend Tom to any of my friends or family looking to purchase a house in the future and I look forward to working with Tom again myself.

I bought my present home with Tom's expertise. He always made himself available to me so that he could show me many listings. Any time I called or emailed Tom, I received a quick response. No question was ever stupid and he presented himself with the utmost professionalism. Because of this wonderful experience, he was the first person I called to help me sell my parent's home. Again, he was great! He is an extremely patient person and just wants to make his clients happy.
Tom was easy going & knowledgeable. He also works 24/7 for you. There were at least a couple of times where I emailed him at 11pm and he replied within minutes asking if we could talk on the phone. Going into this, I wasn't expecting to be able to handle my real estate business at all hours of the night but buying a home is stressful and having easy access to your real estate agent is helpful. Tom also has a lot of business contacts that he willingly offers. Whether it's an insurance agent, home inspector, electrician or financing, Tom has you covered.
